How quickly can you collect?
Most jobs we can collect within 24–72 hours of booking. Time-critical movements (auction same-day, dealer rotation) can usually be slotted in same day depending on route.
Is there a deposit?
For most single-car movements, no. For multi-vehicle and dedicated runs we typically take a small holding deposit at booking with the balance on delivery.
What about non-runners?
Standard for us. Please let us know at quote stage if the vehicle won’t roll, won’t steer or has no key — we’ll send the right kit (winch, skates, recovery rig).
Open vs enclosed transport — which do I need?
Open transport is the standard, cost-effective choice for daily-use vehicles. Enclosed transport is recommended for classic, prestige, low-clearance, freshly-painted, or otherwise valuable cars where weather and road debris exposure is a concern.
What insurance is included?
Goods-in-Transit cover up to £100,000 as standard. For higher-value vehicles we’ll arrange increased cover at quote — please flag the value upfront.
